Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, used insoles or shoes showing any signs of use cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you have not received your refund after several days, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us at contact@smartfeetstore.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
